New Dual Leadership Strengthens Sales

As of October 1, Gramoflor has restructured its sales management: Jens Müller and Julia Wehkamp will now jointly take on the responsibility for sales as a leadership duo. This strengthens the company’s closeness to the market and aligns sales with the needs of its customers.

Jens Müller has joined the Gramoflor team at the beginning of October. His focus is on targeted market development, strategic enhancement of the field sales team, and the expansion of customer relationships. Jens Müller brings over 30 years of experience in the green sector, most recently in sales leadership of a substrate manufacturer. He stands for clear market management, dynamic sales, and partnership communication.

Julia Wehkamp has been working as the internal sales manager at Gramoflor for more than a year. She is particularly responsible for the development of internal sales, optimization of internal processes, and digital transformation. Her primary focus is on the interlinking of sales, operations, and service – for efficient processes and high customer satisfaction. Julia Wehkamp has extensive experience in leading international sales teams and in process design and optimization.

The new sales duo reports directly to managing director Stefan Kreft.
